PM Simulation allows project managers to develop essential project management skills like project structuring, scheduling, financial planning, resource and capacity planning, and project execution.
- The simulation uses specialized project management tools, such as work breakdown structure, network diagrams, and the critical path method.
- Developed with an orientation of seminar-based instructor-led delivery mechanism, the simulation can be customized to suit various project scopes*.
- Various versions of TOPSIM® – PM, each with a different project network with its own constraints and resources, can be created.
