MANAGER OF EMAIL SYSTEMS

I’m looking for a director of email systems to run all the email systems for a multi-brand company.

This is a full-time remote position. That’s right…you can do it from anywhere.

You will handle everything that has to do with email & marketing funnels in the companies. From inputting copy into an email from a copywriter to designing funnels for a multi-million dollar launch.

I need you to make sure that emails actually get delivered to people’s inboxes and for everything with our email marketing system just works to its maximum efficiency.

This position has high expectations. But if you’re the person I’m looking for, you’re the type who gets motivated by high expectations.

• Running all the email systems for a multi-brand company. That means working in multiple apps like Infusionsoft, Kajabi Leadpages, Facebook, Instagram, as well as consistently testing other platforms for increased performance, whether that means to replace Infusionsoft or work along side it
• We use multiple platforms depending on what the project demands.
• Creating email templates from copywriters work.
  Creating ALL Infusionsoft funnels, order forms, billing automation sequences, etc.
  Keeping the apps clean and organized.
• Making SOPs for tagging and funnels that are simple to describe to an outside person so the app isn’t a mess.
• You will take  RICONS “The FB Academy” training to fully understand the direction for this.
• Learning, studying and implementing email strategies including, open & click rate, list health, etc.
• Managing launch & evergreen promotions all at once.
• Experimenting with new strategies all the time.
  Reporting on the results on evergreen campaigns on a weekly basis. Every day while in a launch.
  Be responsible for maintaining “list health” and compliance.

THINGS YOU'VE DONE IN THE PAST:
You’ve worked with Infusionsoft in depth and know the app in great detail.
Made in depth funnels and campaigns for things like webinars, video series, upsells, etc.
Set up analytics and tracking to be able to measure KPI’s to determine campaign success and list performance.
Understand how to analyze the data to focus on what’s profitable and identify what is not.
Worked with other external smtp services.

You are be passionate about everything email including all metrics and any platform that gets the job done, especially Infusionsoft.
You work well with a team of fast moving people.

You can handle multiple projects at once. We run evergreen campaigns while running multiple live launches while planning for the next ones all at once.
